Terms and Conditions

Welcome to CinnaWhurl! These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our website and govern your use of our services.


By placing an order with us, you agree to the following:

  • All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Once an order is placed and confirmed, we begin preparation immediately. Please ensure all order details (such as delivery address and item selection) are correct before submitting. 
  • All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT (where applicable). Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time but confirmed orders will not be affected.
  • We currently deliver across the United Kingdom. Delivery times are estimated and may vary during peak periods. If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect details provided, we are not responsible for re-delivery.
  • Our products may contain allergens such as gluten, dairy, eggs, and nuts. While we take care to avoid cross-contamination, all items are produced in the same kitchen.
    It is the customer’s responsibility to check allergen information before ordering.
  • Content on our site (including photos, logos, and text) is owned by CinnaWhurl and may not be reproduced without our permission. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time.

Return and Refund Policy - CINNAWHURL

At CinnaWhurl, customer satisfaction is our priority. Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods, we are unable to accept returns once products have been delivered.


However, if there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at faq@cinnawhurl.co.uk. We may offer a refund or replacement in the following situations:

  • Items were damaged upon arrival
  • Incorrect items were delivered
  • The order did not arrive (through fault on our part)

To process a refund or replacement, we may request photo evidence and order details.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect address provided
  • Missed deliveries due to customer unavailability

Please allow 3–5 working days for any approved refunds to be processed.
